Standard weekday recording blocks are 09:00, 11:00, 13:00 and 15:00. Each client hour is planned with operational setup and production time around it, so staff can prepare, record, process files and reset properly.
Extended-hours bookings, weekend half-days and sessions requested inside 48 hours are handled by enquiry because they may need extra crew, setup planning or quote-based pricing.
Cancellation policy: 48 hours notice - no charge. Under 48 hours - 50% retained.
